This listing is for the Blue Ribbon Dress dress. It has a knit top and choice of knit or woven skirt. It is available in sleeveless, short sleeve, and long sleeve.
The dress bodice can be made with any in-stock cotton Lycra fabric (95% cotton 5% spandex). The skirt can be made with either cotton/Spandex or woven. Fabrics can me seen in the Fabric Inventory/ Cotton Spandex Fabric folder on the left. Please note the name of the fabric and sleeve length in notes at checkout. If fabric is limited, I will notify you and help you to choose another fabric. Fabrics seen in the sample picture may not be available.
